Robert Brown Sports Performance has been the cornerstone of many female athletes’ strength-conditioning needs in and around the DFW area. We understand the female athletic need, so we make sure the programs are evidence and science based in order to continually provide conditioning gains.
We identify with the demand all female athletes undergo playing their respected sports year round, so spending countless in-effective training hours in the gym trying to develop “better athletic qualities” is simply not an option for us.
In saying this, our female strength programs were created out of necessity. After many years of seeing the female athletes struggle to play within the athletic system created, we developed a rock solid strength program that bridges the gap between the conditioning and sports medicine world. In doing this, we have successfully trained a few thousand female athletes’ to play at the highest level staying injury free, while still providing improvements in vertical jump, exceeding game lasting fitness, and unforeseen functional strength.
