Training for the past two years with Robert Brown has been amazing. It's been great having a strength coach that knows so much about the game of volleyball and relates it to weights and conditioning. I'm always so excited to go to work outs because he's always incorporating new things and pushing me everyday to reach my final goal. Through Robert I have learned the correct techniques and postitions for all the lifts and exercises to get the maximum results. From all the strength coaches that I have had (before and during college), Robert Brown has developed the best programs and in the end I've gotten the best results!

Sports Conditioning Speed, Agility, and Quickness Programs
Our Sports Conditioning SAQ program is the most complete program in the DFW area. In fact, we feel athlete are training no where close to the capacity they should be training. Our job is to prepare you to be the last person standing in your sport, never showing weakness. We are going to absolutely kick your butt in training to ensure you have the tools to survive playing national level competitive sports. NO FLUFF, NO FANCY TRAINER JARGON, NO ANATOMY LESSON ....just hard nose kick butt training. Your training for a reason not just to be in the gym. We will make sure each time you train you will leave with more than you came with.

High School Elite (H.S.E.) Strength, Speed, and Power program
Our flagship H.S.E. Program takes off where out sports conditioning program leaves off. The H.S.E. group is for those athletes who aspire to play collegiate athletics. We carefully select each participate for entry into this program for this program isn't geared towards all that enters the door. H.S.E. has an intense focus on Strength, Speed and Power training techniques centered around an athlete’s individual needs, recovery, nutrition and regeneration. The training is unmatched in its intensity and utilizes advanced training methods to help athletes break through previous speed and strength plateaus.
Ages: 14 - 18 Group Size: 4 - 6 per Group Max Session Duration: 75 - 90 Minutes Max in program: 36 athletes

Semi - Private Personal Training is an excellent option for friends or familes in a smaller group of two - three particpates with variable schedules - including athletes, executives and stay-at-home mothers. Certified, educated, and motivated - our trainers are prepared to guide clients through every aspect of training.

| "Where to start? Training with Robert "Major Payne" is hard work but also fun. He is determined to push you to your absolute best. I like working with him because it is almost like a one on one basis. He shows everyone the same attention and pushes everyone the same so there is no favoritism. He is right there beside you the whole training time unlike big work out business that just tell you to run. He builds up your strength, speed, and agility all at the same time and helps you keep it at a high level. Just in this past month I have seen some major improvement in my strength and speed. I also can last a lot longer in my soccer games then I ever could before. I also like the training facilities and the environment."

My daughter, Courtney, has gone through the speed, agility, and strength training sessions during soccer off season several times. I will just say that "we've always gotten our money's worth". Thanks to Robert our kids have been successful in soccer because they have been well prepared. Our son sat out of competitive soccer for a season but was able to maintain his strength and endurance on the varsity high school team through training with Robert. We credit the results of off season training and building Courtney's strength and improving her speed with her gaining one of only four available starting positions on the varsity high school soccer team as a freshman. They have both said, "that's the hardest thing I've ever done", but they see the results in becoming stronger and faster and it's worth it. We've known Robert a long time, back to our daughters playing YMCA basketball. We'll hunt Robert down no matter where he goes because he's good at what he does. I trust him, he plans each session with the kids well being in mind."
