"Robert, I just wanted to take this opportunity to Thank You for your commitment to the health and fitness of the youth in our area. My daughter Michelle has been greatly impacted by your training and exercise programs. after having worked out with you this last year, she went into two a days at college very prepared and strong, ready for the grueling workouts, and survived I might add.

But even better, she made the starting squad for her volleyball team as a freshman, Which I'm sure she would not have accomplished, if she had not been in the workout program you provided. Thank you for spending the time with Michelle and having such a tremendous impact in her life. We really appreciate all you have done.  She will return every summer to keep her fitness level in check.
