We’ve designed this program with the sole purpose of increasing the vertical jump of volleyball athletes.

It’s quite a long program, so only serious athletes will be taken into this program.

Monday

  1. 4:00 – 5:00
  2. 5:00 – 6:00
  3. 6:00 – 7:00

Tuesday

  1. 4:00 – 5:00
  2. 5:00 – 6:00
  3. 6:00 – 7:00

Wednesday

  1. 4:00 – 5:00
  2. 5:00 – 6:00
  3. 6:00 – 7:00

Thursday

  1. 4:00 – 5:00 Only

Program Goals:

Increase the Vertical Jump

Increase Strength

Increase Explosive Power

Strengthen Joints and Poorly developed muscle groups in order to prevent injury
